Strategy
Defining the strategic purpose of the event creating the concept based on the objective set by the client.
Concept & Design
Create a concept and theme for the event and accordingly designing the event’s architectural layout and flow.
Planning
Includes all the detailed aspects of the event to fit the concept; we generate a day by day timeline, third-party vendor agreements, production, lighting design and sound, invitations and invitees, crowd management, catering, floral arrangements and entertainment management… Everything is pre-planned.
Execution
Executing everything down to the last detail.
